Located in the heart of the New Forest, this bespoke new-build project in Lymington replaced a small existing dwelling with a thoughtfully designed, contemporary family home. The original property was fully demolished to make way for a three-storey, four-bedroom detached house, designed to maximise space, performance, and long-term sustainability.

The new structure has been constructed using Durisol, a sustainable woodcrete insulated concrete formwork (ICF) system, providing excellent thermal efficiency, acoustic performance, and durability. The property also benefits from a large basement level, incorporating a separate kitchenette and bedroom area, creating flexible accommodation ideal for guests or multi-generational living.
