BLU took on this this project full design and build for a property developer client and it required a full renovation and re-design to unlock its true potential.
Upstairs, the layout was reconfigured to incorporate a full bathroom suite and introduce natural light into a new landing area — improving both functionality and flow.
Downstairs, the existing bathroom was removed to create a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining space, flooded with light from newly installed rear doors. A separate WC was also added for convenience.

During the renovation, a hidden cellar was discovered and converted into a permanent, functional space with new stairs for easy access. A future tenant could use this versatile room as a playroom, bedroom, home office, or gym.
