BLU took on this this project full design and build for a property developer client.

We worked with our client to finalise a design with our architect and submitted a planning application to add a third bedroom and a ground-floor extension, enabling the kitchen to open directly into the garden — transforming both layout and lifestyle potential.

Upstairs, the layout has been reconfigured to maximise space and allow for a larger, more functional bathroom. Downstairs will benefit from the addition of a WC and a utility cupboard to enhance day-to-day practicality.

Construction is now complete and a happy client who had a large amount of viewings ahead of a sale.
